摘 要:土地整治是挖掘土地潜力，提高土地利用效率的重要手段。土地是万物之本，科学地利用好每一寸土地是新时代城市发展的第一要义。以往我们在土地利用多方面忽视了许多问题，存在很多不合理的地方，给以后城市建设发展带来了一定的阻力。本文以安徽省阜阳市为例从农业用地，复垦土地，农村居民点，宜耕后备土地这四个方面去研究。并运用了潜力分析方法和gis技术。基于全面协调可持续，景观生态等理论基础，经过定量分析潜力测算，计算出土地潜力分布，利用Arcgis空间分析方法将土地以各乡镇为单位，并按照相应的标准分级，以颜色深浅表示出来，这样我们不仅能够清晰地了解到土地利用现状，而且对土地的潜力也能够在图上清晰地看到，从而为以后的土地整治提供了科学的指导规划。91084

Abstract：Land consolidation is an important means to excavate land potential and improve land use efficiency。 Land is the foundation of all things, and the scientific use of every inch of land is the first priority of urban development in the new era。 In the past, we have neglected many problems in land use and there are many unreasonable places, which have brought some resistance to urban construction and development in the future。 Taking Anhui city of Fuyang Province as an example, this paper studies four aspects of agricultural land, reclaimed land, rural residential land and cultivated reserve land。 The potential analysis method and GIS technology are used。 Based on the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development, landscape ecology theory, through quantitative analysis of potential calculation, calculation of potential distribution of land, land to the analysis method of the township as a unit by using Arcgis space, and in accordance with the corresponding standards of grading, color to express, so that we can clearly understand the status quo of land use and land the potential can be clearly seen in the figure, for the future of land remediation planning provides scientific guidance。
