摘 要：本篇毕业设计是根据南京博远机电科技有限公司 1#办公楼图纸要求编制的土建商 务标。我国在建设工程领域实行建设工程项目招投标制，工程建设项目管理其中很重要的 一部分就是工程造价确定与控制，它贯穿整个工程建设项目的全过程并采取有效措施，控 制工程项目建设发生的全部费用在批准的限额内，并随时纠正发生的偏差，保证估算、预 算、结算和决算等管理目标的实现，达到合理使用人材机，使企业获得最大利润的目的。 设计包括商务标中关于土建部分的单位工程投标报价汇总表，分部分项工程和单价措施项 目清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，总价措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价汇 总表，规费、税金项目计价表，承包人提供主要材料和工程设备一览表，工程量按照《2013 年工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则进行计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用 广联达软件。 91575
