摘要:威海港是国家一流的开放港口,涵盖新老两个港区的区域性枢纽港,现有泊位11个,老港区位于威海市东侧,其中万吨级泊位1个,主要承担客运和滚装业务;

新港区位于威海湾南岸,共有4个泊位,其中万吨级以上泊位3个,主要承担散杂件和集装箱运输业务,且位于威海经济技术开发区内。至今其海上运输已开通了威海至沿海北、东、东南等国内客货运输航线和韩国、日本等国外航线。

威海市交通方便,尤其是海上交通,是中国海上贸易和山东对外开放衔接的一个重要枢纽。其海岸形态目前基本稳定,海底形态基本稳定,本区不存在较大规模的泥沙运动,泥沙运动不明显,港池疏浚后,产生的泥沙回淤是有限的,即适当维护便可保持设计水深。作为码头选址,是一个不错的选择。

本设计主要做了一下工作:首先收集威海当地的地质水文等资料,结合实际的施工条件、材料供应等确定码头的结构型式为高桩码头。查询有关油码头设计资料,结合已有码头的结构选型,确定码头尺度为沿码头线长度320m,宽度20m;然后进行内力计算,包括:码头结构设计及荷载计算、纵梁计算、横梁计算、桩基计算、靠船构件计算、吊桩内力计算;计算及验算过程中部分内容借助于相关软件如易工软件等进行计算与验算。

Abstract:Weihai port is opening port of national first class,regional hub port which includs the old and new port area. There existing berths 11, the old port area is located in the east of the city center, of which one million tons berth, mainly to undertake passenger and ro-ro service.New port district is located in the south bank of Weihai Bay, Weihai Economic and Technological Development Zone, with four berths, more than 10,000 tons berths, mainly responsible for miscellaneous pieces and container transport business.So far its maritime transport has opened to Weihai to Dalian, Qingdao, Dandong, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hong Kong and other domestic passenger and freight transport routes and other foreign routes such as South Korea, Japan.

Weihai city traffic is very convenient, especially the maritime traffic.It has always been the China's north and south provinces trade and important port of foreign trade in Shandong province.Its coast is basically stable, there is no large-scale sediment movement in this area.After harbor dredging, the produced sediment silt is limited, the appropriate maintenance can maintain the design of water depth which is a better terminal location.

This design is mainly to do the following work:First collecting Weihai local geological hydrology and other information.Combined with the actual construction conditions, material supply, etc. the structure of the terminal type is determine to be high pile plate beam.Query information about the oil terminal design, plane layout for oil terminal component and size to take and estimate, for the terminal dimension along the quay line length of 320 m, width of 20 m.Then the internal force is calculated as  following parts : load calculations, panel calculation, stringer calculations, beam calculations,   pile calculation.The calculation and checking part of the process were calculated and checked by means of software such as Engineering software .
