摘要:本毕业设计为山东威海某码头的施工组织设计。针对所需要设计的工程项目,考虑到施工顺序、施工工艺的交叉进行以及此地区的地理位置条件,我们在整个过程中都采用了分段施工的方法。设计本工程时用到了11个施工工艺,分别为:基槽港池挖泥、基槽抛石、基槽夯实、基槽整平、构件预制、构件运输并安装、码头后方回填、现浇胸墙、现浇码头面层、码头附属设施、钢轨铺设。

施工前按照要求先进行工程量的计算,然后根据工程量的计算以及查找定额等手段确定施工方法。

本施工设计是将所有的施工工艺在正常施工时进行优化,将各个施工工艺之间进行交叉,施工的过程中也采取一些小的工艺方法,达到缩短工期的目的,最终本工程将工期缩短至12个月。

同样要在到施工过程中对施工质量、环境、安全等方面进行合理的预防措施。本设计体现了施工组织设计在工程施工中要运用合理的施工方法与合理的安排施工顺序的重要性。
