摘要随着中国汽车制造业的竞争日益激烈,汽车物流供应链也变得越来越重要，且越来越复杂,为了实现其有效操作需要汽车企业供应链成员共同工作,共同努力,使汽车供应链实现精益化管理。本文以镇江飞驰汽车公司为主要研究对象。首先本文对供应链、物流管理、精益生产等相关理论作出了一些阐述；然后又分析了镇江飞驰公司目前的供应链物流的结构和流程，并发现其中存在的一些问题；最后我们基于精益的思想通过提升信息管理技术和建立集成化运输流程重新对镇江飞驰公司的供应链物流系统进行优化。而且为了提高整个供应链物流系统的运作效率我们又对供应商的管理和物流标准化平台建设提出了一些意见。通过对镇江飞驰公司供应链物流系统的优化可以有效的降低物流成本和提高物流服务效率，实现供应链物流整体最优，最后达到提高镇江飞驰公司竞争实力的目的。 86370

Abstract As China's auto industry increasingly competitive, automobile logistics supply chain is also becoming more and more important and more and more complex, To achieve its efficient operation automotive supply chain members need to work together, work together to make the automotive supply chain to achieve lean management。This paper takes zhenjiang speeding car company as the main research object。First of all, this paper makes a detailed discussion on the theory of supply chain, logistics management, lean production and so on;Then it analyzes the structure and flow of the supply chain logistics in Zhenjiang, and finds some problems;In the end, we have optimized the supply chain logistics system of Zhenjiang by improving the information management technology and the establishment of integrated transportation process based on lean thinking。And in order to improve the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain logistics system, we have strengthened the management of suppliers and established a platform for logistics standardization。Through the optimization of Zhenjiang Feichi company supply chain logistics system can effectively reduce logistics cost and improve the efficiency of logistics services, to achieve the overall optimization of supply chain logistics, finally reaching the purpose of improving the competitive strength of Zhenjiang Feichi。
