摘要 企业物流是指在企业经营范围内由生产活动所形成加工、检验、搬运、储存、包装、装卸等物流活动。物流设施规划的好坏，直接影响着企业运行效率的高低，关系到企业的经济效益。物流设施的规划和布置优化（SLP）就是重新配置和利用企业资源，降低制造成本，提高企业效益的一种方法。通过这个课题，本文能为企业的物流设施布置规划进行改进，从而提高企业的生产效率。本文将以镇江船用柴油机厂为例分析SLP法在生产物流中的具体应用，通过分析改进并对改进前后的物料移动量进行比较，可以看出优化后的企业内部设施可以更好的减少不必要的物料移动，达到节约成本的目的。 86848

Abstract Enterprise logistics refers to the enterprises by the production activities within the scope of business of processing, inspection, handling, storage, packaging, handling, and other logistics activities。The stand or fall of logistics facilities planning, directly affects the enterprise of high and low operation efficiency, and is related to the economic benefits of enterprises。Logistics facilities planning and layout optimization (SLP) is to configure and use of enterprise resources, reduce the manufacturing cost, one way to improve the efficiency of the enterprise。Through this topic, this paper can help to improve the enterprise's logistics facilities layout planning, so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises。This article the present status of Marine diesel engine plant in zhenjiang to analyze the application of SLP method in production logistics, through the analysis of improvement and carries on the comparison to the amount of material movement before and after improvement, it can be seen that the optimized enterprise interior can reduce unnecessary material moving better, achieve the goal of cost savings
