摘要在全球化企业竞争日益激烈的环境下，降低成本和提高利润成为中国制造企业面临的两大挑战。成本高、利润低影响着我国许多乡镇中小制造企业的竞争力。东台市恒威工具厂是一家乡镇型的麻花钻中小制造企业，和大部分中小制造企业一样，生产成本较高、利润提高不了。东台市恒威工具厂的问题和企业的生产物流设施规划与布置的不合理存在一定的关系，为能解决这些问题，对东台市恒威工具厂的物流设施重新规划及布置的优化势在必行。87072

本文利用企业系统设施布置设计的相关理论知识，分析和探讨了东台市恒威工具厂在现有设施布置下企业生产物流存在的问题，并对该厂的生产物流系统的优化方案进行了研究。

Dongtai Tools Factory of Hengwei’s Optimization of Logistics Facilities and Layout

Abstract In an increasingly competitive global environment,reducing costs and increasing profits become the two major challenges for the Chinese manufacturing enterprises。

High costs and low profits affect the competitiveness of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in many rural towns。Dongtai Tools Factory of Hengwei is a township-type twist drills manufacturing enterprise, as most of the small and medium manufacturing businesses, higher production costs,low profits。There is a certain 

relationship between the factory's unreasonable production logistics facilities planning and layout and business issues,to solve these problems,the factory logistics facilities re-planning and layout optimization is imperative。

    In this paper,using of theoretical knowledge of enterprise systematic layout planning to analyze and discuss the factory's problems in production and logistics 

under the existing facility layout,and studying the optimization of plant production logistics system。
