摘要人力资源管理已经成为企业管理的重中之重,在企业管理问题中已经上升到战略的高度,其中,薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的重要内容。企业如何吸引和留住优秀的知识员工、有效激发员工的工作积极性成为了人力资源管理中的瓶颈问题;如何有效发挥薪酬的激励作用更是薪酬管理中的重点难题。市场竞争给企业的压力越来越大,这些问题亟待解决。本文主要从改善黑五类食品集团员工的薪酬激励制度的效果出发,并通过公司内部薪酬激励制度满意度调查分析广西黑五类食品集团的现行薪酬激励制度存在的问题,最后针对存在的问题以广西黑五类食品集团为例设计可行的薪酬激励体系。86883

The Study of Problems and Countermeasures of Compensation Incentive for Employees in Guangxi Heiwulei Food Group
Abstract The 21st century is not only an era that full of opportunities and challenges,the era that the fittest could survive, but also the era of human resource competition。 The human resources management begin to upgrade to a strategic level, and compensation management become an important part and the core content of it。 How does enterprises create a well-established employee salary incentive system to attract the knowledge workers? How to give full play to the role of incentive compensation to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and inspire their creative work?These problems are more and more prominent with the continuous development of enterprises and the intensified competition of the market。This article focus on improving the effect of the enterprise staff's salary incentive system and analyse the existing problems of Guangxi heiwulei food group's current salary incentive system by the method of internal satisfaction survey。Finally design a feasible salary incentive system by aiming at the existing problems in Guangxi heiwulei food group。
