The Empirical Research of the Relativity between the Staff Belongingness and the State-owned Enterprises Culture——Taking China Mobile Communications Corporation, Jiaxing Branch as An Example
Abstract State-owned enterprises (SOE) currently have various problems, such as rigidity of thinking and chaotic management, etc, to some extent, which are not conducive to staff's sense of enterprise identity, and in turn will obstruct the development of SOE。 Hence, we should comprehend the relation between the culture construction of SOE and the staff belongingness establishment, as well as improve them to ameliorate the situations mentioned above。 This paper not only studies the relation between SOE's culture and staff belongingness, but also provides a serious of suggestions and solutions of how to build SOE's culture and enhance staff belongingness, which are beneficail to the development of SOE。 Meanwhile, the study of sustainable development of SOE will help sharpen SOE's deepen reform and innovation developement。
