摘要佛教慈善事业在中国具有悠久的历史，当今不少佛教慈善团体已经具备一定规模，呈现出专业化、组织化、制度化的特征，对当代慈善事业具有巨大的推动作用。社会工作作为一种帮助人和解决社会问题的工作，与佛教慈善事业在助人理念、助人方式上有很大的相似性。本文从宗教入手，以佛教为例，探索佛教慈善活动对专业社会工作的启示。

本文以访谈法和文献法为主，针对佛教人士进行访谈，了解佛教慈善活动的现状、开展方式、佛教人士对社会工作的看法等。同时通过现有文献资料，对比佛教慈善活动与专业社会工作的异同、双方优劣之处等，以探索佛教慈善活动对社会工作的启示。87678

本文研究发现，社会工作机构与佛教慈善团体可以采取合作的方式促进双方发展；在社工机构中也可以配备具有宗教信仰的社工；同时社工机构在服务过程中，可以借鉴佛教慈善理念，从而推进社会工作本土化的发展。

Title    Enlightenment of Buddhist charity to social work             

Abstract Buddhist charity has a long history in China。Many Buddhist charitable organizations have the characteristics of specialization, organization and institutionalization, and promoting the development of charity。 Social work is a discipline that helps people, which is very similar to Buddhist philanthropy。 This article take Buddhism as an example, to explore the Buddhist charity implications for social work。           

In this paper, the interview method and literature method are the main used methods。And through interviews with the Buddhist, we get to understand the status of the Buddhist charity, the Buddhist view of social work and other issues。 At the same time, through the literature, we compare the similarities and differences between Buddhist charity activities and social work, so as to explore the Enlightenment of Buddhist charitable activities on social work。           

This study found that social work agencies and Buddhist charity organization can cooperate with each other and social institutions can also recruit religious social worker, also social institutions in the service process can reference the concept of Buddhist charity, to promote the development of the localization of social work。
