摘要（设计总说明）：随着现代化建设的迅速发展，建筑施工现场临时用房使用范围日益广泛，由此带来的安全问题等日趋突出，造成施工现场临时用房的设计、施工与管理中存在严重的安全隐患，安全事故频发。在对施工现场进行了勘察，并对本施工现场的周边环境以及安全隐患进行了分析之后，在此基础上根据国家有关规范进行了临时用房组织设计。22865

本设计的设计思路主要是从三个方面进行考虑，在此三个原则上将施工现场临时用房的安全性能提高，保障职工和企业的利益。三个原则为：一是从设计上保证施工现场临时用房内的火灾隐患降到最低点；二是保证施工现场临时用房结构具有规定的耐火强度、抗风强度、抗震强度等；三是强化施工过程的质量把握和后期的使用管理制度，全方位的保证施工现场临时用房的安全性能。
设计主要内容包括：（1）施工现场临时用房的消防设计：防火间距的确定、灭火器的选择和数量以及放置位置的设计；（2）施工现场临时用房的用电安全设计：配电箱的设计，配电箱电器元件的选择配置还有配电箱的安装、接地与防雷的设计；（3）施工现场临时用房的结构设计：结构设计所涉及的荷载选择、材料选择设计、地基与基础设计、结构与构造设计等；（4）施工现场临时用房的施工流程设计：安装前的准备工作、安装的程序设计、质量的要求与控制要点、工程的验收等。
施工现场临时用房是一个完整的、有机的系统，它与永久性建筑相比具有较强的特征，所以要从不同的角度采取不同的方式来防范和应对各种安全的问题，利用系统间的共同作用才能取得良好的防治效果。在设计过程中要考虑施工现场临时用房的完整性，加强系统间的相互联系和整体作用。将各个子系统的原理、方法加入实际的运用，把握整个设计的基本规律和核心，很好的达到各类标准的要求，提高本设计的实用性，为多数施工现场临时用房的设计和施工提供较好的参考。
本次设计针对的对象具有多个单体，具有较强的相似性，所以只是针对其中两层的施工现场临时用房进行了具体的分析，其他单体可参考其设计。

Studies and Discussion of the Prefabricated Mobile House construction and Design
Abstract：With the rapid development of modern construction, the range of temporary power in construction site is increasingly wider, and the security issues becoming more prominent. As the result the design, construction and management of temporary power in construction exist serious security risks and the security incidents happened frequently. The design of prefabricated mobile house to construction sites is the main technical measure to the construction design is to protect the prefabricated mobile house safety. The first step in my design is survey the construction site, and then analysis the surrounding environment and security risks.
The design work on the construction site of the first survey , and the construction site of the surrounding environment and security risks are analyzed on the basis of temporary buildings were designed in accordance with the relevant national standards organizations . The design is mainly carried out from three aspects to consider, in principle, to improve in this three temporary buildings construction site safety performance, security and business interests of workers. Three principles: First, to ensure that the design of the temporary construction site with room from fire hazards to a minimum; Second, to ensure the construction site temporary space structure has prescribed fire intensity, wind strength, shock strength; Third strengthen quality assurance during construction and post- use management system, to ensure that a full range of construction site safety performance of temporary space.
