摘要：随着我国高等教育不断快速发展，大学办学规模的日益扩大，大学毕业生人数越来越多，然而社会上的就业机会相对于大学生毕业生增长速度是非常缓慢的，因此导致了很多大学生一毕业就面临失业。毕业未就业大学生成为一个越来越大的群体，这个群体的社会保障问题也引起了人们的关注。毕业未就业大学生在社会保障方面存在如下问题：政府缺乏对毕业未就业大学生有效的失业保障措施、毕业未就业大学生无法保障自身的基本权利和大学生没有参加失业保险的资格。借鉴国外经验建议采取如下措施解决这些问题：制定相关政策，加强就业市场的管理；大力发展民营企业，创造更多的大学生就业机会；鼓励高校大学毕业生到中小企业和城镇等基层去就业；对于自主创业的大学毕业生，国家要给予一定的政策支持。22890
