摘 要：近年来随着市场经济的深入，教育体制和就业机制的变革，我国大学毕业生的职业选择问题日益凸显，能否进行正确的职业选择关乎着大学生的未来发展。本文以周口师范学院毕业生为调查对象，通过分析周口师范学院毕业生职业选择的现状，发现大学毕业生职业选择中存在着个人能力差、对家长存在依赖性、价值观呈现趋利现象、缺乏职业规划等问题，产生问题的原因有社会、学校和个人方面的原因，因此，为了引导周口师范学院的毕业生进行正确的职业选择，需要社会、学校和毕业生个人三个方面共同的努力。24682
