摘 要：随着新型城镇化的进一步推进，小城镇经济得到了快速发展，黄珏片区由于经济发展水平偏低，区域经济的载体功能较弱，现有空间布局已不能适应当前形势发展需要，急需进一步调整和优化。镇区空间布局存在离散性、用地混乱等问题，长此以往不利于镇区的科学发展。本文立足于《扬州市市区镇村布局规划》和黄珏片区的具体情况，在城镇发展定位，空间布局现状，模式借鉴等方面对小城镇空间布局优化和调整进行初步研究并提出了相应的优化策略。94550

Abstract: With the further development of new urbanization, the economy of small towns has been rapid development。 The economic development level of Huang Jue area is low, the regional economy carrier function is weak 。The original spatial layout cannot adapt to the current level of economic development。 There’s a great need for further adjustment and optimization。, to a certain extent, affect the further improvement of economic level。 The spatial layout of the town is discretized and chaotic, which is not conductive to the scientific development of the town area。 This article is based on the “Yangzhou city town and village layout planning” and Huang Jue area specific situation。 It makes a preliminary study on the optimization and adjustment of the spatial layout of small towns, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies in the aspects of urban development orientation, spatial distribution and some patterns。

把小城镇建设好，既能进一步推进我国的新型城镇化，也能一定程度上缓解我国的“三农”问题。小城镇作为人们往来城市与乡村的纽带，受城市影响，又向下辐射乡村，因此小城镇的发展对于城乡都有重要意义[1]。黄珏片区目前经济发展层次水平较低，乡村自下而上的发展活力不强,空间布局存在混乱等系列问题，也影响黄珏片区的健康发展。研究其空间布局现状问题与优化对策，对促进黄珏片区发展具有直接的现实意义，对于其他类似小城镇的空间优化也具有一定的借鉴意义。
