摘  要：编制财务报表是企业运营管理过程中的一个重要环节，对财报中的数据进行科学合理的分析研究，可以让管理者发现企业营运过程中存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案，并且能够为企业长远的发展制定明确的目标。对财务报表的分析可以从多种角度出发，指标众多，本文主要利用杜邦分析法进行分析。杜邦分析法是企业经营过程中使用的管理工具，但是传统的杜邦分析法具有一定的局限性，它忽视了对现金流量的分析，因此针对这一缺陷对传统杜邦分析法进行改进，使它能够更好地适应社会需求。本文将使用改进后的杜邦分析法分析凯乐科技股份有限公司的财务报表，找出该公司存在的问题并提出解决策略。95103

Abstract: The preparation of financial statements is an important part in the process of enterprise operation and management。 It can help the managers find the problems existing in the enterprise operation process and proposes the corresponding solution when they research and analyze the data in the financial statements。 At the same time the managers can develop clear goals for the development of the enterprise。 There are many methods to analyze financial statements。 This article mainly analysis using the Du Pont analysis report。 Du Pont analysis method is an effective management tool of the enterprise, but the traditional Du Pont analysis method has some limitations。 It ignores the analysis of cash flow。 Therefore, in order to better meet the needs of the society, the traditional Du Pont analysis method should be improved。 This article will use the improved Du Pont analytic method to analysis the financial statements of KAILE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY and find out the existing problems and puts forward the strategy of the company。
