摘要：食品的安全问题是关系到人们的健康和社会的稳定的重大的问题，越来越引起社会关注，而校园食品的安全问题更直接地影响大学生们的身体健康和生命安全。高校可以说人口最为密集的地方之一，是最容易出现食品安全事件的地方。高校食品安全也关系到师生的身心健康，关系到社会和谐与稳定，关系到国家与民族未来。近几年来，随着我国的教育事业的快速发展，教育投入不断增大，高校食堂无论从硬件升级还是软件建设都已经有了明显进步。但是由于我国社会经济发展的不均衡，一部分高校食堂的安全风险意识不够强，管理制度不够健全，责任落实不够到位，食品安全的事件时有发生。

学生对食品的安全重视度还不够，自我保护意识差。很多学校疏忽了对学生食品的安全教育，也有不少经营者收到的利益的驱动，向学生推销一些安全不达标的劣质食品，加上很多学校内部的超市也属于承包经营，经营者和学校的管理者更是盲目地追求利益，对食品安全还不够重视，使得校园的食品安全越来越成为一个不容回避问题。

所以，加强管理高校食品安全问题，对于改善并保障学生学校生活安全具有重大意义。学生只有在生命安全得到保障的前提下，才能更好地专心投注于学业研究之中，更好地完善并提升自我，为成为祖国未来的栋梁充实自己，为未来社会贡献力量。
