摘要：随着国家经济的发展，中小企业的发展也越来越快，与此同时的是提供了大量的就业岗位，其中农民工群体就是这群大军中的主力军。农民工为了国家的整体经济发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。但由于长期以来的所形成的城乡结构不同而导致的社会经济制度有了很大的差距，因此农民工的合法权益得不到长期有效保障，所以研究农民工问题势在必行。本研究以湖北某中小企业为例，通过工作满意度问卷调研发现了在中小企业中农民工管理存在的问题，在此基础上提出建立合理薪酬制度、完善农民工发展机会、建立完善社会保障制度等相关建议。27467

A study on the job satisfaction of migrant workers in small and medium sized enterprises--- Taking S Company of Xiangyang City in Hubei Province as an Example
Abstract：With the development of national economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is more and more fast. At the same time, a large number of jobs are provided. Among them, the rural migrant workers are the main force in this group. Migrant workers have made an indelible contribution to the overall economic development of the country, but there is a big gap between the social and economic systems resulting from the different urban and rural structures formed over the years. Because the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers can not be effectively guaranteed, it is imperative to study the issue of migrant workers. In this study, taking a Small and Medium - sized Enterprise in Hubei Province as an Example, through job satisfaction questionnaire survey found that the migrant workers Management in small and medium sized enterprises, on the basis of the establishment of a reasonable salary system, improve migrant workers development opportunities, establish and improve the social security system and related suggestions.
