摘要：设施规划是工业工程的一门核心技术，物流技术在物流系统中占有很大的地位，是产品生产与流通的主要渠道，也是企业策略制定的前提条件。企业的设施规划与物流系统是不可分割的，从另一种角度说，物流系统决定着设施的规划。

本文从上海司马展览建造有限公司的内部设施布局、物流出发，按照 “提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的逻辑思路，运用调查法，物流设施规划相关图，对本案例进行分析，本着物流决定设施规划的原则，找出不足之处，并根据实际情况得出改善方案，提高该企业的运作效率，降低成本。29318

Abstract: Facilities planning is a core technology of industrial engineering and logistics technology in the logistics system occupies a large place, is the main channel of the production and circulation, also is the enterprise strategy to develop the prerequisite. Enterprise's facility planning and logistics system is inseparable, from another perspective, logistics determines the planning of facilities.
This article from the Shanghai Syma Exhibition Construction Co., Ltd. internal facilities layout, of the logistics, according to the logical thinking of "putting forward the problem, analyzing the problem, and solving the problem", the use of survey method, logistics facilities planning graph and analysis of the case, with the purpose of logistics decided to set up a facility planning principles, to identify shortcomings, and according to the actual situation to find out a better strategy, improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise, reduce the cost.
