摘要随着市场结构的日趋完善,百货商店面对着多元化零售业态、外资零售企业以及电子商务等诸多外界挑战,再加上自身机制的弊端,我国百货商店发展陷入困境。面对这一问题,本文首先对所涉及到的理论内容进行了解释,包括百货商店核心竞争力的概念内涵、特性、作用以及百货商店的核心竞争力构成要素及创建构架。再通过银泰百货提升核心竞争力的成功经验,并根据理论分析总结出百货商店需从企业文化、服务质量、组织管理、价值链优化、品牌建设、电商化六个方面提升核心竞争力。42292

Research of the Strategy of Improving the Core Competence of Department Stores
Take Intime Department Store as an Example
Abstract As the market structure is becoming more complete, department stores are confronted with the challenges from persified retail formats, foreign-invested retail enterprises and electronic commerce. Together with the disadvantages of its own mechanisms, the development of department stores in China is in a dilemma. In order to solve this problem, this paper first elucidates the concept of core competence and explains the theoretical content involved in this paper, which shows an emphasis on the connotation, characteristics and function of retailing and those of core competence of department stores. This paper also analyzes the factors and the frame construction of the core competence of department stores. Then it is followed by the demonstration of the example of Intime Department Store Group, which promote its core competence successfully. At last, it is concluded that department stores should improve their core competence from enterprise culture, service quality, organizational management,value chain optimization,brand construction and E-commercialization according to the analysis of the theory.

1.研究背景
1990 年,普拉哈拉德和哈默尔发表了论文《企业的核心竞争力》 (The Core Competence of the Corporation),在文中第一次提出 “企业的核心竞争力(Core Competence)”这一概念。他们提出企业的核心竞争力来源于企业长期发展过程中的积累性知识,突出表现在协调整合不同的技能和技术的能力。自此,对企业核心竞争力的研究就成为国内外学者研究的热门问题。企业核心竞争力理论是企业发展和成长的重要指导,同时也为企业有效运用发展战略和发挥竞争优势提供可能性。
