摘要：目前，我国的就业形势严峻，残疾人大学生作为一个大学生的特殊群体，也是一个残疾人的特殊群体。但在全社会的就业问题却一直没有得到社会的重视。因此，如何解决我国残疾学生就业问题是研究领域上的一个热点问题。这是社会、政府、高校需要解决的重要的社会问题。本研究以上海市H高校为例通过残疾人大学生的学业，就业方面存在的困境和困难以及分析了学校残疾学生就业情况，梳理了残疾大学生就业困难，并通过深入分析我国残疾大学生就业机会，为残疾学生选拔途径的选择提供参考依据。研究认为，开辟新岗位，鼓励残疾大学生创业，根据我国的情况提出完善相关优惠政策，为大学生就业提供帮助，通过上述方法为我国残疾学生缓解就业难的现状，帮助残疾学生选择合适的就业机会。62077

Students with Disabilities Employment Dilemma And Choice of Employment Opportunities

Abstract:At present, China's employment situation is grim, the disabled students as a special group of college students, but also a special group of people with disabilities. But in the whole society, the employment problem has not been paid attention to by the society. Therefore, how to solve the problem of employment of students with disabilities in our country is a hot issue in the field of research. This is an important social problem which needs to be solved by the society, the government and the University. This study of H University in Shanghai as an example by disabled students' academic, employment difficulties and difficulties and analysis of the employment of the disabled students in school, combing the disabled college students employment difficulties, and through in-depth analysis of the employment opportunities for disabled students in China, and provide the reference for the selection of ways for students with disabilities. According to the research, the open up new jobs, and encourage students with disabilities entrepreneurs, according to the situation of our country put forward perfect the relevant preferential policies, provide help for the employment of university students, the China Disabled Students alleviate difficult employment situation, help students with disabilities  

choose suitable employment.
