摘要随着互联网的迅速普及和现代技术的更新成熟，C2C电子商务在我国得到了迅猛的发展，并且已经逐步根植于相当数量网民的生活中，成为当今网络购物的主流模式和电子商务领域的重要增长点之一。与此同时,作为网络纠纷最为密集的交易形态，C2C电子商务的交易差评纠纷与日俱增, 严重制约了平台商家和C2C电子商务的发展。本文基于网络购物顾客满意度理论，参考以往相关交易评价研究提出了影响C2C店铺差评率的因素模型。在汇总和分析网购平台交易评价数据的基础上,运用理论和实证研究相结合的方式进行讨论研究，得出对网络店铺差评率的有效影响因素并提出对C2C卖家和购物平台的可行性建议。71026

Abstract With the development of Internet and modern technology, C2C e-business has been developed rapidly and be rooted in a quite amount of people’s life. It is becoming the mainstream of online shopping and one of the most important growth points in e-commerce. At the same time, as the trade form which has the most numbers of internet disputes, its development has been severely restricted.  This paper based on the theory of on-line shopping customer satisfaction ,according to the former research of trading evaluation, brings up the influencing factors model of C2C online shop’s bad review rate. Then, by summarize and analyze the data of trading evaluation, uses the method of theoretical research and empirical research to draw a conclusion of the effective influencing factors to the online shop’s bad review rate and giving some feasible advice to C2C online sellers and shopping platform.
