    本文主要对关键链在项目进度管理中的应用进行研究，采用在传统的项目进度管理方法CPM/PERT的基础上运用甘特图的方法编制关键链项目进度计划，并通过设置缓冲区，解决项目进度中出现的具体问题。
    本论文结合某楼盘双子楼建设工程实例，将基于约束理论的关键链技术运用于项目进度管理中。以资源约束为基础，对项目进度计划进行优化，通过设置缓冲区，有效的解决由环境变化的不确定性给项目进度带来的问题等，并且克服了资源冲突、“学生综合症”等因素的影响，提高了项目进度控制稳定性，并与传统进度管理方法(CPM/PERT)进行对比分析。应用结果表明本文提出的基于约束理论的关键链技术应用于项目进度管理较传统项目进度管理具有更高可靠性和稳定性。9390

    Title    The Applied Research of Critical Chain Method in the progress of the Project Management control based on the TOC
    Abstract
    This paper analyzing the application of Critical Chain in project schedule management, by using the Gantt Chart to make the project schedule based on the traditional methods------CPM and PERT, and set buffers to resolve the problems exist in the application of Critical Chain.
    This paper uses an example of a twin-building construction project to analysis the project schedule management by using the Critical Chain Method based on the theory of constraints in the practical application of the process and to optimize the scheduling in view of the constraint of resource. This paper devises some buffers to improve the reliability of project schedule, these buffers can overcome the conflict come from resources and the influence of Students’ syndrome and other factors. Finally, the results show that the new scheduling method makes great improvement and the Critical Chain is proved to be a more stable and more feasible project schedule management method than the traditional methods.
