The reasearch on the improvement of local government   at the backdrop of “internet+”——take Nanjing as the example

Abstract At present, China is committed to the government reform which starting with the transformation of functions。 The key is to improve the public service functions and build a service-oriented government。 The local government is an important part of the national government system。 It is an important task for us to pay attention to the research on the capacity of local government’s public service and build a local government which committed to serving the people and society。 “Internet +” is a new situation result from the development of internet。 “Internet +” will have a profound impact on the social development and revolution。 not on。 It will have an impact on the way the local government works with。 They are interacting。 Therefore, this article based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures and relevant cases and analyse that the NanJing government how to change the way of working methods to build an soft environment for “Internet +”。 What’s more, this article studys how the NanJing government take the initiative to embrace “Internet +”to change function and enhance their service capabilities。 At last ,this article puts forward some  positive countermeasures and suggestions for the NanJing government to improve the public service ability。
