摘要: 伴随着《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的公开，政府信息公开工作正如火如 荼地进行着，但是这项工作开展得并不那么尽如人意，在信息公开范围、内容、时效、方 式方法等方面远远不能满足社会大众的需求。公众对于政府信息的需求越来越大越来越希 望能够参与到国家管理的过程中，因此公众对于政府信息公开工作的满意度关系到社会的 安定问题。政府信息是一个大范围的概念，文章缩小研究对象的范围，将其定位为政府科 技信息，通过政府科技信息公开的公民满意度调查研究，用以小见大的方式来了解公众对 政府信息公开的满意度状况。文章以鼓楼区科协技术协会的科技信息公开为例，通过文献 调查法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及网站调查法四种方法的综合运用获取大量的文本信息与 数据信息，基于这些信息数据的整理分析找出政府科技信息公开工作方面的不足，并针对 性地给出可操作性的对策和建议。75924

Title Investigation on the citizen satisfaction of government  information    disclosure

with science and technology-Based on the case of Gulou Science and Technology Association

Abstract

The regulations on making government information public have been fully implemented,  but the work carried out is not so satisfactory。 The scope of information disclosure, content, timeliness, methods and so far can not meet the needs of the public。 Public demand for government information is more and more active to participate in the national management, so the public's satisfaction with the government information disclosure is related to the stability of the community。 Government information is a concept with large range , this paper concentrates on the public of government science and technology information ,taking Gulou Science and Technology Association as an example, through the investigation of citizen satisfaction on the situation of Gulou Association。 Through comprehensive use of four kinds of methods like the method of literature survey , the method of interview , the method of questionnaire survey and method of site to obtain a large amount of text information and  data information。 Based on these data consolidation analysis to identify the lack of disclosure of government information disclosure with science and technology, and in the light of to give the countermeasures and suggestions。
