摘要本文首先概述了现阶段中国母婴电商发展状况,结合电子商务理论和企业竞争战略理论,提出了母婴电商企业竞争战略决策的总体思路。以贝贝网为重点研究对象,基于PEST、波特。五力模型、SWOT三种竞争战略分析方法,分析了贝贝网发展的宏观环境、内部环境以及行业内竞争态势, 提出了集中化战略、差异化战略、供应链战略等三种适用于贝贝网的竞争战略,并在此基础上给出了贝贝网在竞争战略选择与实施的过程中所遇到的问题的解决方案。本文的研究能够在一定程度上为我国母婴电商企业的竞争战略选择与实施提供参考价值。76621
