摘要：本文主要针对上海市大学生医疗保险满意度展开研究调查。首先，通过对调查结果的统计分析，了解上海市大学生医疗保险满意度的具体情况，在此基础上分析影响该满意度的主要因素。其次，阅读分析当前上海市的医疗保险政策，找出该政策的不足。结合国内外的大学生医疗保险政策，提出改善上海市大学生医保政策的可行性建议，提高上海市大学生医疗保险满意度，促进上海市医疗服务水平的提高，完善上海市大学生医疗保险政策，推进上海市医疗保险制度的进程。本文的主要研究方法是文献研究与实证研究。在大量阅读文献资料的基础上，我设计了问查调卷。问卷内容包括上海市大学生的基本信息、上海市大学生对医疗保险政策整体的满意度、各个指标的满意度、对异地就医政策的满意度。我运用随机抽样调查的方法，通过网络问卷的形式对上海应用技术大学、上海华东理工大学、上海海事大学、上海对外经贸大学的94位在读大学生展开调查。调查结果显示，大学生对医疗保险政策的总体满意度为61。89，经过加权平均法计算出的总体满意度为58。47。影响因素主要包括年级、校内就医的方便性、校内就医的服务质量、校外就医的方便性。异地就医政策的满意度为52。39。调查结论为上海市大学生医疗保险满意度较低，我国的医疗服务体系、医疗保险政策中还存在不足，我国医疗保险政策有待进一步完善。77568

A study on the satisfaction of medical insurance among college students in Shanghai

Abstract：I focus on the satisfaction of medical insurance among college students in Shanghai。 Firstly, through statistical analysis of survey results, I want to know the medical insurance satisfaction among college students in Shanghai and analyze main factors influencing the satisfaction of medical insurance among college students in Shanghai。 Secondly, reading and analyzing the current medical insurance policy in Shanghai to find out the shortcomings of the policy。 With the medical insurance policy for college students over the world, I want to put forward the feasible suggestions to improve the medical insurance satisfaction among college students in Shanghai, medical service level and the medical insurance policy among college students in Shanghai。 The main research methods are experimental research the literature research。 In the basis of a lot of literatures, I designed questionnaires。 The questionnaire include the basic information of college students in Shanghai, overall satisfaction of medical insurance among college students in Shanghai and satisfaction of some indexes of medical satisfaction。 I use the method of random sampling, through the network to analyze the satisfaction among 94 college students from Shanghai Institute of Technology, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics。 According to the results of the survey, the overall satisfaction of the medical insurance among college students was 61。89 and another overall satisfaction through the weighted average method was 58。47。 Factors mainly include the grade, convenience of medical in schools, the quality of service in schools and the convenience of medical in hospital。 The satisfaction of Remote medical policy was 52。39。 In conclusion, the satisfaction of medical insurance among college students in Shanghai was low and there are some shortcomings in the medical insurance policy。 We need to change this situation。
