摘要：面对上海老龄化日益严峻的局势，浦东新区作为上海老年人口排名第五的城区，为更进一步推进养老机构社会工作的专业化、职业化，新区通过政社合作的方式扶持的Q服务社，笔者通过深入机构取材，访谈服务社负责人取得Q服务社的发展历程以及现在所面对的困境，通过阅读相关文献，从而全面地、确切地了解掌握所要研究的问题。用swot分析法分析Q服务社的状况，总结Q服务社现在所面对的困境以及机遇和挑战，通过Q服务社分析浦东新区老年社会工作的发展前景，对于存在的困境提出切实有效的解决建议。77570

Research on the Development Prospect of Gerontological Social Work in Pudong New Area

Abstract：In the face of the increasingly serious situation of aging in Shanghai,Pudong New Area is the fifth largest county in Shanghai。To further promote the professionalization of social work of the pension agencies。Pudong New Area through the way of political cooperation to support the xx service agency。The author through the in-depth institutions drawn,by interviewing the person in charge of the service industry to obtain Q service development process and the existing dilemma 。Read and integrate the literature, so as to comprehensively and correctly understand the issues to be studied。This paper analyzes the situation of Q service society by swot analysis, summarizes the difficulties and opportunities and challenges faced by Q service society, and analyzes the development prospect of gerontological social work in Pudong New Area。To make practical and effective solutions to the dilemma。
