摘要知识经济时代下,知识的重要性极为突出,这样的时代条件也使得技术研发人员的重要性迅速上升。然而在我国企业的竞争能力受技术创新能力的制约,技术创新的进程受到极大的阻碍。从外部的角度看,我国企业在技术创新这方面并没有得到政府政策的有力支持,而从企业内部的角度说,还没有一个健全的创新激励机制[1]。这使得我国的技术研发人员缺乏该有的工作创造性和工作积极性、常常抱怨自己的工作甚至转换职业。本文从技术研发人员的需求层次的角度,对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果显示,技术研发人员主要的需求为个人成就与成长、工作稳定性与确定性、尊重、人际沟通。技术研发人员的需求层次的多样化与复杂化的特点使得传统的激励方式不能很好地增进其创新绩效,因此根据研究结果并结合现有的一些激励理论提出完善支持创新激励机制的方法。83276

Title Research on the hierarchy of needs and incentive of technology R&D personnel
Abstract Under the age of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge is increasing, and this kind of condition also makes the technology R&D personnel a great role。 However, the competition ability of enterprises in our country is restricted by the technology innovation ability and the process of technological innovation is greatly hindered。 From an external point of view, enterprises don’t get a strong support from the government policy, and from the perspective of the enterprises themselves, there is no sound mechanism for innovation。 It makes technology R&D staff always complain about their jobs and even change their jobs, lacking creativity and enthusiasm they should have。 This paper research from the perspective of the technology R&D staff’s hierarchy of needs, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects of the survey。 The results show that the main demand for technology R & D personnel is personal achievement and growth, work stability and certainty, respect, interpersonal communication。 The persity and complexity of the technology R & D personnel’s need hierarchy makes it hard for traditional incentives to improve the innovation performance, so this paper tries to put forward a sound incentive mechanism according to the results of this study combined with some of the existing incentive theories。
