    摘要:本论文以电镀法分别制备出Ni-Mo-Dy和Ni-Mo-Gd镀层,分别研究了稀土浓度(Dy3+/Gd3+)、电流密度、频率、占空比和时间、转速对Ni-Mo-Dy和Ni-Mo-Gd镀层的影响,分别利用X射线衍射(XRD)和电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对镀层进行表征。结果表明Ni-Mo-Dy镀层的较好条件为:Dy3+浓度为0.3g/L,pH=6.7,转速为350r/min,f=5000Hz,A=19.25A/dm2,占空比为0.5,t=25min;Ni-Mo-Gd镀层的较好条件为:Gd3+浓度为0.3g/L,pH=6.7,转速为350r/min,f=5000Hz,A=18.50A/dm2,占空比为0.5,t=20min。结果表明添加稀土(Dy3+/Gd3+)后,Ni-Mo-Dy和Ni-Mo-Gd镀层硬度明显比Ni-Mo合金镀层的硬度提高了10.38%和11.37%;Ni-Mo-Dy和Ni-Mo-Gd镀层中钼元素含量分别提高了27.91%和22.69%,摩擦系数分别降低了21.43%和37.5%。本文所得出的Ni-Mo-Dy镀层和Ni-Mo-Gd镀层,国内未曾有过相关报道。5629

    Gadolinium, dysprosium in the nickel-plated molybdenum
    Abstract: This article is based on plating were prepared the coating of Ni-Mo-Dy and  Ni-Mo-Gd coating. And then in the above basis, respectively, to study the rare earth concentration (Dy3+ / Gd3+), current density, frequency, duty cycle and time of the coating on the Ni-Mo-Dy and Ni-Mo-Gd coating, the Ni-Mo-conditions of the better films of Dy coating rare earth Dy3+ concentration of 0.3g / L, pH = 6.7, speed 350r/min, f = 5000Hz, A = 19.25A/dm2, duty cycle 0.5, t = 25min; of Ni the conditions of the better films of the coating-Mo-Gd rare earth of Gd3+ concentration of 0.3g / L, pH = 6.7, speed 350r/min, f = 5000Hz, A = 18.50A/dm2, the duty cycle of 0.5, t = 20min . Then two sets of best-plated piece of coating microstructure analysis, the coating component analysis of the diffraction of XRD analysis, the coating component analysis of the diffraction of SEM analysis, the coating wear analysis, the results obtained after the addition of rare earth alloy coating is obviously fine grain more detailed, the coating surface, flat, the Mo content increased, the coating hardness,wear resistance enhancement. Coating were higher molybdenum content of 10.38% and 11.37%, respectively 27.91% and abrasion resistance 22.69%. at the same time, Ni-Mo-Dy alloy plating layer and the Ni-Mo-Gd alloy coating improves the Ni-Mo alloy plating friction coefficient decreased by 21.43% and 37.5%. Experiment derived coating of Ni-Mo-Dy and Ni-Mo-Gd coatings have not had the relevant reports.
