摘要:佛手精油是一种具有令人愉悦香气的精油,有一定抑菌作用。而微乳液体系可提高精油的稳定性,使微量的精油在整个体系中长时间的均匀分散,可延长精油的有效时间。本文研究了4种不同油醇比的佛手精油-微乳液配方对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉、白色念珠球菌的抑菌效果和杀菌效果;并将佛手精油-微乳液用于抑菌免洗洗手液,测定了其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠球菌的杀菌效果。结果显示,佛手精油-微乳液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠球菌有抑制作用和杀菌作用,其MIC分别为12.5mg/g、12.5 mg/g、50 mg/g;MBC分别为25 mg/g、50 mg/g、50 mg/g;对黑曲霉的MIC大于50mg/g。且发现精油微乳液3个配方精油:乙醇:吐温80为1:1:2能提高佛手精油对白色念珠球菌的MIC和杀菌率。佛手精油微乳液加入免洗洗手液中,对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠球菌有明显的杀菌效果,可充当天然杀菌剂和天然香料,减少免洗洗手液的乙醇刺鼻气味。该研究结果为植物精油在抑菌应用上提供新的思路,同时也为今后微乳液精油的商业应用提供理论依据。70981

Study on the antibacterial effect of ethanol on finger citron essential oil and its instant hand sanitizer
Abstract:Finger citron essential oil is a kind of delightful essential oil,which has certain antimicrobial effect. The microemulsion have slow release effect, can stabilize system and extend the effect of essential oils. In this paper, the inhibition effect of four different formulas of finger citron microemulsion on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Canidia albicans were studied. The microemulsion were used for instant hand sanitizer, and MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration), MBC(minimum bactericidal concentration)/MFC(minimum fungicide concentration) were determined. The results showed that finger citron microemulsion.It has anti-bacterial effect against E. coli, S aureus, and C. albicans, and has no antibacterial effect on A. niger. It is found that the microemulsion system(essential oil:ethanol:twain-80 = 1:1:2) can improve the bacteriostasis and sterilization of on the C. albicans. Instant hand sanitizer adding finger citron essential oil has obvious antiseptic effect on E. coli, S aureus, and C. albicans. It can act as natural fungicides and natural flavor, reduce the alcohol smell of instant hand sanitizer. The study provide a new way of the bacteriostatic application of plant essential oil, and also provide theoretical basis for the commercial application of essential oil microemulsion.
