摘要为了研究切割索输出威力影响因素,对合肥红星机电厂生产的铅锑合金切割索的生产工艺进行调查,测试切割索对三种不同材料切割能力和不同环境条件下切割索对钢板的的侵彻深度,最后将切割索应用于两种型材的切割任务。结果表明,切割索生产过程中会出现装药密度不均匀现象,使得其爆速在7100m/s-8100m/s之间波动,导致每一根切割索使用时切割威力均有一定差异。切割索的切割能力和靶板材料有关,外界条件对切割索切割深度有一定影响。实际应用中,3。68mm的切割索可以有效切割Z型材和铝板的两层结构。3。68mm和2。65mm的切割索采用垂直平搭传爆方式可以可靠切割U型材。77892
