摘要:甜菊糖是从菊科草本植物甜叶菊中精提具有8类双萜糖苷的混合物。是属于新型天然甜味剂,它本身存在高甜度、低热量、安全不具有毒性等特征获得了大众的喜爱。它具有高甜度低热能的特点,其甜度是蔗糖的200-350倍,热值仅为蔗糖的1/300,被国际上誉为“世界第三蔗糖”是发展前景广阔的新糖源。由于每种糖苷具有不同的味质和甜度使得目前市面上的普通甜菊糖都具有一定的后苦味,因此依照发展现状建设一套高效、快速、精准的甜菊糖苷组分的测定手段,进一步将甜菊类型与甜菊糖苷生产提高,均存在现实应用意义。本课题的重点是分析甜菊糖甙的测定方法,采取高效液相色谱法对未知组份的甜菊糖甙样品进行分离测定。本课题拟通过使用以JECFA为基础的液相色谱方法对未知甜菊糖甙样品进行测定。80763

Abstract Abstract :Stevioside is a mixture of 8 diterpene glycosides containing catananche from Stevia extract。 As a new type of natural sweetener, it is favored by people with high sweetness, low calorie, safe and non-toxic。 It has the characteristics of high sweetness and low heat energy, its sweetness is 200-350 times of sucrose, calorific value is only 1/300 of sucrose, known as "the world's third sucrose" in the world is the development of new sugar sources。 Because each kind of glycoside has different taste quality and sweetness that currently on the market of ordinary stevioside has certain bitterness, thus establishing a set of fast, efficient, accurate determination of stevioside group method for the production and application of Stevia stevioside and variety improvement has important significance。 This paper mainly studies the method for the determination of stevioside, stevioside samples of unknown components using high performance liquid chromatography determination。 This paper by using JECFA based on high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of unknown samples of stevioside。
