摘要：班级文化作为一种积极向上的氛围，在“潜移默化”中影响学生，对学生的发展具有不可估量的作用。笔者在教育实习期间，首先通过查阅文献把握班级文化的内涵，其次通过走访和行动研究，深入了解农村班级文化建设存在的问题，如班级物质文化建设匮乏；班级制度文化缺乏民主性；班级精神文化凝聚力不强,并在分析研究的基础上，结合学校情况，在任教过程中开展一系列建设班级文化的活动，以期创建出合理有序的班级文化，从而促进学生身心健康发展。84633

Problems in Class Culture Construction of Rural Primary School and Corresponding Advices——Example of Caohe center primary school

Abstract: Class culture acts as a kind of immeasurable role in the physical and mental development of students, which not only provides positive and upward atmosphere among the students but also influences them imperceptibly。 During teaching practice, the author first tries to explore and understand the connotation of the class culture construction theoretically according to document research。 Then, by means of real action and experiences during teaching practice, many problems and the corresponding reasons in the class culture construction of rural primary schools has been found, for example, insufficient in class material culture construction, lack of democracy in class institutional culture, weak cohesion in class spiritual culture, etc。 Based on the aforementioned analysis, the author and his students carry out a series of class culture construction activities together according to the schools’ particular circumstances during teaching practice, so that the reasonable and rational class culture can be constructed, and finally promote the physical and mental development of students healthily。

农村小学班级文化建设存在的问题及建议

——以曹河乡中心小学为例

作为学校最基层的正式组织——班级，是开展教育教学活动的基本单位，是学生学习和生活的主要场所。班级文化作为一种隐形的教育力量，在无形中影响学生的思想，行为和品德的发展，对学生的全面发展有着至关重要的作用。处于成长认知阶段早期的小学生，对班级文化的依赖则更加强烈，所以，建设符合学生身心发展规律的小学班级文化，理应受到教育界成员们的关注和重视。在本文中，笔者通过为期两个月走访与行动研究，分析所在实习小学建设班级文化的存在的问题及成因，并结合学校的具体情况和学生的身心发展特点，采用行动研究法对建设良好的小学班级文化进行研究，进而发挥班级文化的功能，促进学生的全面发展。论文网
