摘 要幼儿园的心理健康教育对幼儿的健康成长具有重要意义,但目前尚未有研究调查当前幼儿园教师对幼儿心理健康教育的看法和心理健康教育活动开展的情况。本研究以杭州市三所幼儿园为例,采用文献法、观察法、问卷法对这三所幼儿园心理健康教育活动的现状及影响因素进行了研究。结果发现,被调查的杭州市幼儿园的心理健康教育有如下特点:幼儿教师对心理健康教育目标大致清楚;组织实施的途径和方法趋于多样化;幼儿园心理健康教育活动的实施水平还有待进一步提高。本研究同时探讨了影响幼儿教师开展心理健康教育活动的主要因素,并提出了幼儿园开展心理健康教育活动的建议:发挥幼儿园管理者的核心领导作用;通过多种途径提高幼儿教师实施心理健康教育的理论知识和技能;创设健康的幼儿园环境;拓宽教育视野,寻找家长和社会的支持等。88089
