摘 要随着社会的进步，幼儿教育事业蓬勃发展，幼儿教育是学校教育和终身教育的起始阶段， 是基础教育的基础。而幼儿教师是这个时期幼儿的重要他人，对幼儿的发展产生关键影响。 因此做一个幼儿喜欢的，符合幼儿需要的教师非常重要。本研究对教师采用问卷调查法，结 合选取了杭州市某所幼儿园大中小班共 60 名幼儿，综合采用观察法、访谈法和文献法等研 究方法对幼儿们喜欢的教师特征进行了研究与分析。并且以此为基础得出结论，为促进教师 专业发展和幼儿全面发展提出建议与措施。88611

Abstract With the progress of the society,education of early childhood developed vigorously。It is the initial stage of school education and lifelong education,as well as the foundation of basic education。Preschool teachers not only has an important meaning on their early childhood period,but also a critical impact on the development of young children。To be the preschool teacher is extremely significant that can meet the demands of children prefer to。This study uses the questionnaire survey of teachers,combined with a kindergarten from Hangzhou medium class,a total of 60 infants, comprehensive observation method, interview method and the method of literature research methods,such as characteristics of their favorite teachers were studied and analyzed。And on this basis,come to the conclusion that in order  to promote  teachers'  professional  development  and  all-round  development for children 。Suggestions and measures were put forward。From优T尔K论M文L网wWw.YouERw.com 加QQ75201^8766
