摘要:目的了解高校青年教师幸福值现状及影响因素,为提高青年教师幸福感,稳定教 师队伍,进而提升高校的教育教学质量提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法选取杭州师 范大学 45 岁及以下正式在编的全部青年教师共 241 人为调查对象开展问卷调查,采用 Logistic 回归模型分析幸福值的影响因素。结果 共调查 241 人,幸福值平均得分为(5。07±1。51)分。单因素分析显示,幸福值与不同的性别、健康状况、职称、个人平均月收入、家庭平均月收入有关(X2 值分别为 9。450、22。958、18。641、16。967、20。214,P<0。05)。 多因素 Logistic 回归分析显示,文化程度、健康状况纳入回归模型(χ2=62。499,P<0。001), 是幸福值的影响因素。结论文化程度、健康状况、收入水平等因素可影响高校青年教师的幸 福感,可从个人、学校、社会三方面采取相关措施以提高青年教师幸福感。89015

Abstract:Objective To understand happiness index current situation and influencing factors of young university teachers ,to provide the basis for proving the young teachers happiness ,stable teacher troop ,raise the teaching quality of education of the colleges and universities 。Methods Young teachers from Hangzhou Normal University(a total of 241) were randomly selected and they were investigated from November to December ,2016 。The content including the basic situation ,happiness index ,subjective well-being ,psychological well-being ,realized well-being, career happiness 。Using Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of happiness index。 Results A total of 241 young university teachers were investigated。 The average score of Happiness Index was 5。07±1。51。Single-factor analyses showed that Happiness Index of young university teachers was associated with gender ,health status ,professional ranks and titles ,personal average income ,the average monthly
income of family(P<0。05)。Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the
degree of literacy, health and average monthly income were included in the regression
mode(l χ2=257。284,P<0。001),which is the effect of the happiness index。 Conclusion
Some factors such as cultural level ,health status ,personal average income are closely related to the well-being of young teachers in colleges and universities 。Measures should be taken to improve the happiness of young teachers from the three aspect of personal ,school and society。
