摘要：校外辅导热现象已持续多年，当前广大小学生仍然很积极地参加各种校外辅导。通过对淮安市某小学的调查显示，学生参与校外辅导已趋于普及化，而成效则喜忧掺半。全面推进素质教育，关系到每一位学生和每一位家长的利益，不单单关乎青少年健康成长，更关乎国家和民族的将来。因此，必须动员家长，辅导机构，学校，政府采取有针对性的措施保证素质教育的顺利施行。59294

Abstract：School counseling hot phenomenon has lasted for several years, but the majority of students are still actively participated in various school counseling.Through the investigation of a primary school in Huaian shows that, students participate in school counseling has become universal, and the results have been mixed. The comprehensive promotion of quality education relates to every student and parent's interests. This is not only related to the healthy growth of young people, but also the country and the nation's future.Therefore, we must mobilize parents, counseling agencies,schools and the government to take targeted measures to ensure the smooth implementation of quality education.
