摘要：社会转型期，居民的心理问题越发凸显，社区心理服务的发展迫在眉睫。本次调查研究的目的是了解淮安地区的居民对社区心理服务需求方面的信息，为淮安地区开展社区心理服务提供有力的支持。方法：采用问卷法，辅以访谈法对250个居民进行调查。结果：1、92。1%的居民或多或少会产生情绪问题或心理问题；2、大部分居民的烦心事来自于工作学习问题和家庭亲友问题；3、当居民出现心理问题时大部分的解决方法是自我安慰、娱乐放松和找人陪伴而不是寻求心理咨询师的帮助；4、影响淮安地区居民联系心理咨询师的因素中认为自己的事没必要向陌生人诉说和自己对这方面不了解不敢尝试是主要原因；5、淮安地区居民对于社区心理服务的接受程度较高；6、淮安地区居民对社区心理健康服务的认识较乐观。结论：淮安地区居民对于社区心理服务的需求较为强烈，多数居民都支持社区心理服务的开展；淮安地区的社区心理服务工作急需完善。78166

Abstract: the period of social transition, the residents of psychological problems highlighted increasingly, the development of community psychological service is imminent。 The purpose of this study is to know the huaian region information services to the community psychological demand, community psychological services for huaian areas to provide strong support。 Methods: using questionnaire method, interview method to survey 250 residents。 Results: 1, 92。1% of residents will have more or less emotional or psychological problems; 2, most of the residents come from the work and study problems and family relatives and friends; 3, when the residents' psychological problems most of the solution is to comfort themselves, entertainment, relaxation and look for a person to accompany, not to seek the aid of psychological consultant; 4, the influencing factors of huaian district residents psychological consultant in necessary to tell a stranger you don't think your things and your know about this aspect is not afraid to try is the main reason; 5, huaian area residents for community higher acceptance of psychological services; 6, huaian area residents awareness of community mental health service is more optimistic。 Conclusion: huaian region residents' demand for community psychological service is relatively strong, most of the residents support the development of community psychological service; Huaian area of community psychological services need to improve。
