摘要：幼儿的告状行为在幼儿园的一日生活当中普遍存在，教师如果放任不管或者不正确的处理，会影响幼儿各个方面的发展。本文采用观察法、文献研究法、案例分析法等对教师处理幼儿告状行为存在的问题从多方面进行分析，主要从教师处理幼儿告状行为存在的问题进行分析，从而提出教师处理幼儿告状行为的对策。在处理幼儿告状行为时，教师首先要正确看待幼儿告状行为，在了解幼儿实际心理需求的基础上，针对幼儿告状的不同原因区别对待、对症下药，适当的引导幼儿自己解决问题，培养其独立性。82568

Abstract: To tell on young children’s behavior is common in kindergarten day life, and teachers if left unchecked or incorrect processing, can affect children’s development aspects。 Using observation, literature research, case analysis for teachers dealing with children behavior problems, This paper analyzes the causes of problems, and provide countermeasures of teacher to tell on dealing with children behavior。 When dealing with children very fact behavior, the teacher should first think about children’s behavior that right on the basis of understanding of the psychological demand of children’s actual, aimed at young children tell the reason to discriminate different, suit the remedy to the case, the appropriate guide children to solve problems, to cultivate their independence。

--以市某幼儿园为例

幼儿告状行为在幼儿园一日常规活动中司空见惯，虽然看起来事情不大，但会影响幼儿的心理、社会、以及情感各方面的发展。本文针对幼儿告状行为来探讨教师如何处理幼儿告状行为，才能既不打击幼儿的积极性，又能更好的解决告状问题，更好地促进师生之间的交流和沟通，增加师幼之间的互动。笔者通过对周口市某幼儿园幼儿的告状行为和教师处理幼儿告状行为的对策进行观察并记录、分析和总结，并对该园教师处理幼儿告状行为存在的问题提出有效的对策。
