摘要：动漫产业是21世纪的新兴朝阳产业，具有当今知识经济的全部特征。动漫产业的发展，对推动河南文化“软实力”，促进河南经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。但是，河南动漫产业发展依然存在许多问题，表现为动漫缺乏原创、缺少政策和资金的支持、动漫产业链不完整、缺乏动漫高端专业人才、动漫产业侵权的现象等问题。文章基于河南省的动漫产业为研究对象，分析了河南动漫产业在发展过程中遇到的一些问题，并提出了相应的对策。河南动漫产业应该鼓励原创动漫、加强政策及资金的扶持力度、建立完善的动漫产业链、加速高端的动漫人才培养、完善产权保护制度等，促进河南动漫产业又好又快发展。84731

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Henan Animation Industry
