摘要现阶段，我国企业的资金流对于民营企业，尤其是中小民营企业的运转而言是有相当大的困难的。当然，这些资金流仅指企业的自有资金和经营所得的盈利资金，不包括风险投资所得的利得资金。本篇论文将介绍，解决企业的资金流这一难题——风险投资，具体阐述风险投资的作用机制，研究风险投资在企业的财务和管理中如何应用，如何对企业发挥作用，尤其是对企业内部的管理及股权结构有哪些作用，又会对企业未来的发展有哪些影响，论文将在列举出的金蝶软件公司和真功夫餐饮公司这两家企业案例中具体分析。86637

Research on the application of venture capital in Enterprises

Abstract  Nowadays, for Chinese private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises, there is quite difficult to operate the capital flow of the enterprise。 Of course, these funds only refers to the enterprise's own funds and operating profits funds, excluding income risk investment capital gaining, and in view of this situation, how to further expand the capital flow has become a problem which more efficient operation of enterprises must solve, risk investment is a good way to solve this problem。 This paper will introduce the mechanism of risk investment, the use of venture capital in the finance and management of the enterprise, how the enterprise play a role。 Especially in the start-up period, the applications how to make an effect on the future development of the enterprise, the listed company case empirical researches will explore these issues in the article。

    早在二十世纪三四十年代，风险投资就已经开始出现，其中以英国和美国这两个当时经济最繁荣发达的国家为最，各地的资本家纷纷加入风投混战,后来纽约华尔街逐渐发展成为全球无可争议的金融中心。由于最初企业除自有资金外只能依靠借贷来获取资金流，而风险投资无疑成为企业获取资金的新路径，风险投资最初是解决企业内部财务问题的，而后又对企业的内部组织的管理产生影响，所以风险投资逐步成为企业发展的重要一环。现阶段，我国企业的资金流对于民营企业，尤其是中小民营企业的运转而言是有相当大的困难的。当然,这些资金流仅指企业的自有资金和经营所得的盈利资金，不包括风险投资所得的利得资金，而针对这种情况，如何进一步扩大企业的资金流成为企业更高效运行必须要解决的难题，风险投资是解决这一难题的好方法。风险投资如果能够摸准经济的脉搏，发展逐渐成熟，必然能够在为企业注入资金，缓解企业的财务压力，为民营企业的发展注入新的生机与活力。
