摘要现如今，许多古村落、古镇成为旅游经济发展时期的热点旅游地，“古镇旅游”逐渐成为新一代旅游热词引领新的旅游风尚；另外，民营资本也在我国逐渐宽松的政策和经济环境下凭借自身实力，“见证”了一路走来的古镇旅游开发历程，其中民营资本对古镇旅游开发的积极影响不言而喻。它是古镇旅游开发不可缺少的力量源泉，但其给古镇带来的诸多问题也日益突显。本文就民营资本参与古镇旅游开发的必要性及如何将其和古镇旅游相结合等问题做了一系列探讨，而后为古镇中已介入的民营资本提出一些意见和建议，希望能对日后民营资本介入古镇旅游的开发方向起到一定的借鉴意义。86649

Analysis of the Present Situation and Prospect of Private Capital Participating in the Development of Ancient Town Tourism

Abstract Nowadays, many ancient villages and towns have become the hot spot in the development of tourism economy。 "Ancient town tourism" has gradually become a new generation of tourist hot words to guide the new tourist fashion。In addition, private capital is also in China's gradual easing of policy and economic environment by virtue of its own strength, witness the way to the ancient town tourism development process。The private capital positive impact of the ancient town tourism development is self-evident。It is an indispensable force in the development of ancient town tourism。But it has brought a lot of problems to the ancient town，which has become increasingly prominent。This paper makes a series of discussion on the necessity of private capital participation in the development of ancient town tourism and how to combine it with the ancient town tourism。And l put forward some opinions and suggestions for private capital in the ancient town, which hope that the future of private capital to intervene in the development direction of the ancient town to play a certain reference。
