The countermeasures and discussion of logistics enterprises in Henan province
Abstract:Henan province,as a central part of the midlands rise cities,plays a very important role in the economic development of the middle of the China and forming the central plains economic zone.Constantly development of the modern economy,the logistics industry becomes so important that more and more logistics enterprise appears in our daily life.On the one hand,because of the advantageous location and convenient transportation,logistics enterprises have a new life in Henan province.On the other hand, the logistics enterprises face many obstacles.The thesis put forward proper countermeasure of promoting the development of logistics enterprise in Henan province by analyzing their development and existing issues.

前言
现代物流业是河南省经济发展新的经济增长点和支柱性产业。河南省具有得天独厚的发展物流业的条件。经过多年的建设，河南省物流业得到了迅速地发展，但是与经济发达地区和沿海城市相比来看，我省的现代物流业仍然处在较为落后的发展阶段。因此，河南省的物流企业在得到迅速发展的同时，也存在着专业化程度低、服务功能差等问题，这将会对河南省物流业的整体发展产生重大的影响。因此，正确地分析我省物流业的发展现状，准确找到发展中存在的问题，对河南省物流业未来的发展具有十分重要的意义。
一、河南省物流企业历史与现状
（一）河南省物流业发展现状
河南省物流产业快速发展，规模不断扩大，根据2012年上半年全国数据统计来看，2012年全省社会物流总额达到63050.45亿元，同比增长了20.7%；物流业运转的总费用明显回落，全省社会物流总费用4511.80亿元，按可比计算同比增长13.4%，增幅较2011年回落了3.8%，物流总费用占GDP的比率16.8%低于全国平均水平17.8%；物流业的增加值持续稳步上升，2012年河南省物流业实现增加值774.32亿元，比2011年增长了9.5% 。
