摘 要:自改革开放以来,伴随着经济全球化进程的日益加快和我国经济的快速发展,我国政府在引进外资的同时,也积极地鼓励国内企业到国外进行跨国经营活动。其中国有企业作为我国经济发展的中坚力量,在我国企业“走出去”的过程中,充当着主力军的作用。但是国有企业跨国经营在取得良好成绩的同时,也面临着投资规模小、人才不足等问题。针对以上问题,积极提出完善管理法规、引进先进人才的对策,不断推动国有企业跨国经营的进一步发展。25045 毕业论文关键词:国有企业;跨国经营;投资
Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Transnational Management of State-owned Enterprises
Abstract: Since the reform and open policy, has followed the economical globalization advancement to speed up day by day with our country economy fast development, our country government during introduction foreign capital, also encourages the domestic enterprise to overseas to carry on transnational management positively. The in which state-owned enterprise took our country economy development the nucleus, in the process which our country enterprise walks, is acting as main army's function. But the state-owned enterprise transnational management while obtains the good result, also is facing the investment scale slightly, questions and so on talented person insufficiency. In view of above question, proposed positively consummates the management regulation, the introduction advanced talented person's countermeasure, impels the state-owned enterprise transnational management unceasingly the further development.
