摘要：经济全球化时代的到来极大地拉动了我国进出口贸易事业的发展，进口商与出口商之间的交往日益密切。而电汇（T/T）结算方式凭借成本低，速度快，程序简便等优势，逐渐取代信用证结算和托收结算，成为进出口贸易中的主流方式。但这种基于商业信用的支付方式也给出口商带来了不可小觑的风险。

本文从出口商的角度出发，首先，介绍电汇结算的主要内容，简要阐明电汇的概念，分析比较三种结算方式的优劣，结合图表探讨业务流程和电汇结算在我国国内的发展历程和广泛应用。其次，结合具体案例，从国家政治、市场秩序、进口商信誉等多个角度深刻分析了电汇在进出口贸易中存在的风险及产生原因。最后，有针对性地提出投保出口信用险、客户资信调查、国际保理业务等实际可行的解决措施，期望出口商能有效规避风险，保证收汇工作的顺利完成，促进我国进出口贸易取得更进一步的发展。

The risk and precaution of exporters using Telegraphic Transfer settlement

Abstract：The arrival of the era of economic globalization leads to the rapid development of China's export trade.The contacts between importers and exporters are getting closer.Telegraphic transfer（T/T）settlement by virtue of low cost, speed, easy  procedures and other advantages, and gradually replaces the letter of credit settlement and collection and settlement, as the mainstream of import and export trade.But this kind of payment based on commercial credit also gives exporters a risk of not being underestimated.

Firstly,This article introduces the main contents of telegraphic transfer settlement from the point of view of exporters.It briefly describes the concept of telegraphic transfer, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three settlement methods, and discusses the process of development and business and extensive application in China with charts. Secondly, combined with specific cases, it deeply analyzes  telegraphic transfer’s risks and causes in the import and export trade from points of national politics, market order, the reputation of importers and other aspects. Finally, it puts forward the practical feasible measures such as Export Credit Insurance, the investigation of credit of customers and international factoring business. In order to promote the further development of the import and export trade of our country,It is expected that exporters can effectively avoid risks and ensure the smooth completion of foreign exchange earnings.
