摘要:随着经济全球化和金融一体化的加深，我国金融体系的日益成熟、商业银行受世界金融行业波动影响较大，特别是在经历了2008年经济危机之后，整个金融行业遭受重创，我国的商业银行也未能避免，2009年提出的《巴塞尔协议Ⅲ》正是受此催生。本文主要通过分析《巴塞尔协议Ⅲ》在商业银行信用风险方面的改革对国内外金融业的影响，并结合我国商业银行信用风险管理现状，最后从商业银行的地方融资平台、信用风险管理体系、盈利能力、流动性监管四个角度提出了政策建议。

Research on the Countermeasures of Commercial Bank Credit Risk Management under Basel Ⅲ

Finally, according to the status quo of credit risk management of commercial banks in China, under the framework of Basel Ⅲ, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions from four aspects: local financing platform, credit risk management system, profitability and liquidity regulation of commercial banks.
