摘要:在有机农产品的消费环节中,消费者扮演着非常重要的角色。本文基于对南京的消费者的调查,从认知途径和信任程度等方面分析消费者对有机农产品的认知行为。并从购买有机农产品的途径、支付额外价格等方面分析消费者对有机农产品的购买行为,最后运用Probit模型分析影响消费者购买有机农产品的相关因素,并给出相应的政策建议。28052 毕业论文关键词:有机农产品;认知;购买行为;Probit
The analysis of the perception and the purchase behavior towards the organic agricultural products--Evidence from Nanjing city
Abstract:The consumer plays a very important role in the whole consuming part. This essay, based on the research of Nanjing consumers, analyses the consumer's perception behavior towards the organic agricultural products from various ways such as the perception methods and reliability. Meanwhile, there are several aspects such as the purchase approaches of the organic agricultural products and the payment of the extra price, which are used to assist the analysis of the purchase behavior towards the organic agricultural products. Then, this paper analyses the relative elements that affect the consumers' purchase behavior towards the organic agricultural products through the Probit model and eventually offer the corresponding policy suggestions.
