摘要:本文以外卖食品为例,基于江苏省南京市10所学校的278名大学生的调研数据,以“知、信、行”理论为基础,运用多元线性回归,研究影响大学生外卖食品自我保护行为的主要因素。结果表明,认知观念、态度信任均能不同程度地影响大学生外卖食品的自我保护行为,且不同人口特征间的影响程度存在不一致。基于以上结论,本文提出提高大学生对食品安全知识的普及、对外卖安全的认知度、增加外卖行业准入门槛、加强外卖食品安全监管等一系列政策建议以加强大学外卖食品自我保护行为。28063 毕业论文关键词:大学生;自我保护行为;外卖食品;认知;消费观念;态度;
A Study on Ordering Take-away Food Self-protective Behavior of College Students Based on KAP in Nanjing, China
Abstract:This paper, taking the take-away food as an example, is based on the research data of 278 college students from 10 schools in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. With the " KAP model ", the author uses multiple linear regression to study the main factors impacting the self-protection behavior of college students, and to examine whether the demographic variables have certain effect. The results show that the concept of cognition, attitude and trust all can affect the self-protection behavior of college students towards take-away food to different degrees, and the influence level between different population characteristics is seriously inconsistent. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions about improving take-away food safety knowledge and security cognitive abilities of college students, raising the threshold for take-away industry access, strengthening take-away food safety supervision and so on to strengthen the self-protection behavior of university take-away food.
