Analysis on the Impact of the Green Trade Barriers on Chinese Vegetable Export
——a case study of international trade between China and Germany
Abstract: Since the 1980s, the green trade barrier has been used more and more frequently. It is necessary to analyze the influence of the green trade barrier on the agricultural trade of our country and propose advisement and countermeasures against it. This paper analyzes its influence on exporter’s agricultural trade in the short and long term with economics knowledge, then analyzes how the change of the standard of residues of dichlorvos pesticide in root and tuber vegetables in the European Union affects the export of vegetables of our country from 1995 to 2015 by the gravity model. The result indicates that the strictness of the limit has a significant negative impact on the value of export, and the paper provides some feasible suggestions and countermeasures against the green trade barriers for Chinese vegetable trade on the basis of the research result.

绿色贸易壁垒对我国蔬菜出口的影响研究¬¬——以中德贸易为例
一、引言
（一）选题背景和意义
作为传统农业大国，我国每年向世界各国输出大量农产品。2016年，我国农产品出口额为729.9亿美元，较上年增长了4%。其中，蔬菜部分为123.2亿美元，占全部贸易额额的16.88%。农业经济是我国国民经济的命脉之一，稳定的农产品贸易有利于国民经济的发展和社会的稳定。
入世以来，我国农业对外贸易得到了飞跃般的发展。但是在发展中还存在着诸多不稳定的负面因素。据统计，2012年，共有1285批次农产品在出口到日本、美国和欧盟时受到绿色贸易壁垒的阻碍，比上年多10%左右，其中蔬菜受影响最严重；2006年，日本的“肯定列表制度”直接导致了我国2007年对日蔬菜出口额较上一年下降7.5%。由此可见，隐蔽性极高和覆盖范围广泛的绿色壁垒已成为我国农业对外贸易发展道路上的一个严重阻碍。因此，研究绿色贸易壁垒对我国蔬菜出口的影响，对减少蔬菜贸易摩擦，避免经济损失是具有长远意义的,同时也可为我国对外农业的决策者提供一定的参考和帮助。
