优先股发行对A股市场的影响分析
本文从优先股的有关涵义与它在国内的进程这一方面入手作了讲述，并根据国外已有的优先股发展经验对我国优先股的发展列出了需要注意之处。接下来选取境内优先股发行的典型案例对优先股的影响进行细致分析，并以此向我国优先股的未来发展提出了政策性建议。

Title The analysis of preference shares issued A shares market impact
Abstract
Preferred stock has three major characteristics: stable pidends, equity financing, non voting. Stable pidend to attract stable investment returns of institutional investors and inpidual investors, to meet the current needs of China's A-share market to the vast majority of retail banks and depositors, such as social security fund and the relationship between people's livelihood social fund investment difficult problem solving; characteristics of equity financing can reduce the debt ratio of the enterprise, reduce the pressure owing on the loan; non voting makes enterprises in equity financing and non control diluted worries, but the possible resurrection voting power prompted the controlling shareholder of conscientious, serious business, conducive to industrial development. Even if the preference shares have the merits of the case, in the 30 years of rapid development of China's stock market has not been enough attention and use. As a result, the visibility is very low.
In this paper, the concept of preference shares and the development in China is introduced, and some comments based on foreign precedent experience on preference shares are listed. Then a typical case study is made to have a deep understanding on the influence of preference shares, according to which some policy suggestions are made to the future development of preference shares in China.
